Mom took baby to doctor. It was serratia marcescens. (BIG thank you to Mema and Oneluckymom for mentioning it in the other thread
)
Apparently although it CAN be dangerous if left untreated, this was no big deal and baby was treated with a probiotic that is made from breast milk.
It is found in health food stores. Baby is no longer showing any signs of having the pink issues anymore. Bottles left out and blankets are now appearing clean and normal so yah! happyface
It was a bit scary at first since no one seemed to have any idea and no clue about how to diagnose let alone treat but all is well now...thank goodness.
Baby even appears to spit up alot less than before and it has only been since last Friday that they were treated so it is looking positive for sure.

I am so impressed by you BC.... I don't think that I would have known that it was an issue. I have kids here who in the past had white stool and of course it threw me off so I made sure the parents knew, which the child ended up in the hospital because the parents cont to NOT listen to me.....Mom took baby to doctor. Then I have kids who forget to flush thier #2 and when left, the water turns blue....Tells me they are eating JUNK...
