I'm so excited yet so nervous for my very first interview on Monday. What does your interview consist of: tour and then questions? Do you go over the handbook with them or let them take it home to read? Do you hand them all the paperwork as well if they decide then and there or wait. One more thing? What are your part time rates? Especially for CA, I was thinking $100 3 full days or $25 3 days at 5 hours or less. I already quoted a family friend at $20 a day for 5 hours 3 days, it was kind of a discount, but feel I may have short changed myself too much, what do you think?
