    Bean bag chairsw

Ok, another question. If you haven't guessed, I've come into a little bit of money and plan to spend it on my playroom. I have lots of questions, and I trust you guys the most.

First, what about bean bag chairs? Are they safe for toddlers? I got the idea from a diy blogger who made a cover for old chairs. Her pics showed her little boys climbing and rough housing on them, and it looked like a lot of fun. But, my oldest at the moment is just 2. Small bean bag chairs (they call them child sized), yea or nay?

The main thing I would say is make sure they are either easily cleanable (as in made of leather or vinyl) or that the cover is removable and the beans are lined.

The other thing I would mention is that it does provoke some rough play. Kids love to jump on them (and who can blame them...it looks like fun!).

I know this because I used to have a bean bag couch that (1) was not easily cleanable nor did it have a removable cover and (2) the kids loved to run and jump on it (or jump off of other things onto it). The one time I tried to thoroughly clean it, it was a huge mess that took a whole weekend to clean.
