Hello everyone!!! I need some advice
I am in the process of buying an already up and running child care center. The current owner is 67 and wants to retire. So I have been taking the class and trainings that are needed to own a child care center in PA. The Owner is going to finance me, because of my school loans my debit to income is horrible and I am having a hard time getting a loan. The center is in good conditions, has tons of supplies and toys, plus it has a 50 children. Does anyone know of any good programs/grants that would help me. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated... Thank you
