employees pay

i have 17 employees and over half either have their cda or getting their cda and i am not sure on pay. i have been open 4 yrs and just raise when i can and so forth but would love to know what other centers do in pay. longivity and not missing work and calling in, good workers and so forth.

I start at $9, then increase to $10 per hour after 6 months. That is for someone without cda. I would pay more for cda though.
