    If you have separate contract and handbooks....

    how do you decide what goes in the signed contract?

    A friend of mine is asking this but I have one contract that covers all my policies and is signed at enrollment....I dont do it separately. What advice would you give her as far as what should be in the signed portion of the contract?

    Here is the page I require my parents to sign and return.

    The rest is my handbook that they keep a copy of.

      I have a section for our payment amount and arrangement, a section for the schedule we're contracting for, a section saying that they read and understand the handbook and agree to abide by all the policies. Voila. 12 page handbook, 1 page contract.
