Update #2 On DCM Doesn’t Get It

Yesterday I gave DCM a 2 week termination notice. Yay me. happyface

I felt so relieved, until she texted me and asked why?

What the???

And I still have to deal with her for the rest of the month.

Just keep seeing that you are no longer the right fit for her and cannot meet her hourly needs. Rinse and repeat. If she keeps bugging you, send an immediate termination notice and refund the last few days if that is what it takes to get her out the door. Some people will never give up. Dont get into huge discussions or anything.

I second this. Hopefully if you repeat exactly that every time, she will give up.
