I wouldn't dare, I know that as soon as I walked down stairs I would spill my coffee right on the butt part of them. ::::

My DH actually bet me $10 that I would be dirty or stained before the end of the day...... ::

I decided that since I have an easy day and that it's my birthday, I was going to look nice today and put on a nice white blouse. Well guess what. My DH made me a chocolate cake last night and left the mess in the sink for me to clean up. Gee thanks hubby! ::

I wish I could get up and stay in my house, but alas.....

I get up at 5:45, out the door by 6:25. 40 minute commute, at work by 7:15.

I have to admit, Ive been looking like heck lately. My weight jumped from 145 to 160, so a lot of my old clothes dont fit. I'm slowly rebuilding my wardrobe (broke), but I've keeping the same 5 or so pairs of cargos/bermudas in rotation....

...but anyway, I do make-up if I feel pretty that day. My hair is very short, so it's basically brush and go. I'm usually wearing a tshirt, crop pants or bermuda shorts, and sneakers, though I often go barefoot inside. I hate shoes. I do modest jewelry. I'm usually splattered in something by the end of the day (yesterday it was DARK purple paint), so I try not to wear nice stuff.

I got sick of wrecking all of my shirts so I ordered five from a company will my name and contact info and a cute little daycare pick on them and I wear those. Good advertising to. Plus I don't destroymy normal clothes.
I got sick of ruining my shirts with formula spit up and snotty noses, so I started looking for smocks to wear over my shirts. Those look like they'd be too hot in the summer though, so I was stuck with how to handle this. I like the idea of ordering five shirts (like T's or polos) with my daycare name on it. Great idea! happyface

I wear jeans, pajama pants, scrubs. Usually stained shirts/tank tops. I work with babies, primarily, and my clothes get destroyed. plus, I'm pregnant..don't care. If we're leaving the yard, then yes, I'll wear real clothes. I always wear flip flops around the house..

I wet down my hair a bit, sometimes clip it up.

                I never wear makeup..so no.

I usually grab something to eat separately from dck..lately after they get here. I have one baby right now, so it's easy todo.

What do you wear? In the winter yoga pants, long sleeve tee, and a cardigan. Summer/Spring I wear capris sometimes shorts but, not a lot. Never denim. I don't like how it feels on my legs. And an apron till we go outside. I meet dck's in my apron. I'm a messy cook and the littles think I am a human tissue.

Do you do your hair? I have thick shoulder length hair. Its always in a pony tail.
                    Makeup? No, never while working

Shoes, socks, or bare feet? Socks and slippers in the winter, during the summer my indoor flip flops for inside, and sneakers of flip flops outside.

Have you already eaten breakfast before children arrive? No, we eat family style so if I do eat breakfast I eat with them. I am usually on my third cup of coffee by the first arrives at 6:30.

I get up an hour to hour an half before first kid arrives. I usually wipe down counters and table again, start a load of laundry, fold what is in the dryer, let the animals out or in, figure out lunch if I didn't day before, review my own kids activities for the evening, check email, look at FB all while gulping down my coffee. I am very routine and when my routine is broken especially my morning routine I bent out of shape all day.

I wear jeans and t-shirt in winter, long-sleeved.
                      Bermudas and t-shirt, short-sleeved in spring, summer,fall.
Fleece hoodie is on the chair in case it's chilly.
And an extra couple of shirts on the shelf in case the baby spits up on me::

Oh, and I added an apron with pockets a year or two ago. I can keep my phone or tablet, baby monitor, a spit-up cloth, tissues and a pair of glasses in the pockets Started doing that when they were talking about using a monitor all the time if you are out of the room where the baby is.

......like The Flash...... I wake up, shower, dress (business casual), try to get a brush through my straw mat (hair), not wearing makeup helps with the mad.dash. I don't eat breakfast, but slam some coffee. It's a 20 minute commute to my center (or 10 on the motorcycle :. It's crazy man, totally crazy. It's one hour from the time I get up until I am open. Ahhh stress, the great motivator ....

For me, I shower, do my hair (nothing fancy, just blow dry - it's usually in a ponytail by lunch), makeup is just powder & mascara, earrings yes but nothing else. I wear jeans or shorts and a tshirt 90% of the time, but keep a zip-up hoodie close by in case I get chilly (I had a hysterectomy last year & ever since the surgery my husband says my internal thermostat is broken! I'm hot when everyone else is cold, and cold when everyone else is hot!)

I eat breakfast before the kiddos arrive - drop offs here are so unpredictable that I just have myself ready by 8:30, then I try to get some chores done before the kids arrive. Some days everyone is here right at 8:30, other days it's 10:30 before the first munchkins get here.
