When do you get to the point that its time to change things up?
I have long hours M-W I am open 7am-12:30am. Thurs I am open 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays I am open 5:45am-4:30pm. In another month I will only be working M-W because of summer.
I have 1 child that I am open for second shift 2:30p-12:30am(M-W) and she is so easy to care for. Its her mom that is driving me crazy! Never on time ALWAYS ALWAYS calling off. In fact I don't even think she is at work right now. I finally told her I was enforcing her paying me the difference when she calls off on me last minute (she is on state assistance).
I am ready to be done with her and with the whole 2nd shift care. I can't really afford it until fall when school starts back up. But I am done with all of this mom's games.
So how do I know when enough is enough? Does that question even make sense? At what point to you all reach your breaking point???
