Hey everyone, well i think i finally got my back bone. I will no longer be walked all over. If people have an issue with what I am telling them they can find somewhere else to go. I will no longer be taking children whenever people feel like dropping off or picking up. I am going to start giving write- ups and if that doesnt work I will be giving them the boot. I think I have finally had enough with parents thinking they are my boss. I was curious if anyone has a sample write up they use. Or maybe warning notice??

I do have a generic letter that I give them and make them sign..
I could not find it however, it states something like this:
Dear DCM,
Prior to your enrollment, you signed and agreed to XYZ policy. This letter is to notify you that you are currently in violation of said policy and will serve as a final warring. Failure to correct this issue may result in immediate termination from care.
As a reminder to you, here is the XYZ policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
Thank you for your understand and cooperation with this matter,

I used to use these a long time ago, however, I don't any more. I like to talk face to face and nip the problem right there...
