Pre-licencing evaluation

I'm going to be getting licenced this month and part of the process is (Florida) having a DCF licencing inspector come to your home before issuing the licence. What is everyone's experience with this? Are they nice? Mean? Really picky? What should I expect? I already have 2 homeschooled kids a preschooler and a baby of my own so I'm well childproofed. What do you guys do for the diaper changing table to have a nonpermiable surface, mine is a wood table. I'm loving this forum. You guys are really giving me great advice! Katie
