Chairries With Seat Belts?

I have a one year old that I want to sit at the table with the other kids for meals and snacks. I feel like the high chair is too high.
Does anyone use these? Where is the cheapest to buy?

What about a tie one so you can use your regular chairs?

actually I hadn't thought about adding a seat belt to my current chairs. My husband is handy and the chairs are wood, so I think we're onto something! thanks!
