Stomach flu Question

How long do you have children out for stomach flu after last bowel movement or vomitting episode?

What if this child hasn't been around so no one else is at risk. Do you allow them to go the day after symptoms stop? Do most say 24hrs after symptoms? I do not want the other children to be at risk getting this bug right before the holidays.

24 hours after the last incident. So if they vomited at 10am on Monday the last time they wouldn't be able to return until 10am Tuesday. However, I don't allow drop offs after 9am so they would be out until Wednesday here.

My policy is 24 hours once all symptoms are gone. Whether they have or haven't been at day care doesn't matter to me.
