Okay, ladies, need help for my group family home day care contract. This is what I have so far. (I'm hoping to focus on before and after schoolers and I based this off of reported fees for our area.)
What do you think I should change and why? Thank you!
FEES:
Flat weekly rate based on the number of days enrolled and this flat fee is due a minimum of 50 weeks a year. When parent/guardian takes a vacation day or days (up to two weeks are allowed) payment is not required. When provider takes a vacation or vacation days, these days are paid vacation days, payment is required.
Fees are based on enrollment into this ... Day Care; they are not based on attendance and there are no reductions in fees regardless of attendance.
Daily rate:
Age Under 1 ½ 1 ½ - 2 3-5 6-12
Weekly $160 $160 $150 $150
Daily $33 $31 $31 $30
Part-Day $22 $21 $20 $20
Hourly $6 $6 $5 $5
Hourly Before and After School Care ($75 weekly minimum) $7
Per additional sibling enrolled a 5% discount will be applied.
***Payment is due at the beginning of each week. Monday 6 pm, unless otherwise discussed.
