Have you heard of The Fresh 20? Basic concept is you purchase only 20 items at the market and have dinner for the family for the week.
I don't follow it all the time but do subscribe for when I am trying to be on budget or just don't have the creativity to menu plan.
This week:
Monday: Szechwan Turkey Stir Fry
Tuesday: Lemon Pepper Salmon with quinoa & asparagus
Wednesday: BLT Salad
Thursday: Cheesy Stuffed Zucchini
Friday: Broccoli Quinoa Bake- Flag

For breakfast tomorrow we are having breakfast casserole. But we sometimes have it for dinner. Cooked Hash browns (I use homemade fried potatoes). Cooked meat of choice (ham, sausage, hamburger, even hot dogs). Sauteed bell peppers and onions. Cheese, beaten eggs. Combine all in casserole dish and bake until eggs are cooked.- Flag
