It Doesn't Get Much Easier Than This!
This has got to be the easiest stroganoff recipe ever. It is so quick and the kids really gobble it up. Of course they will eat anything with egg noodles! Not sure why but they are a favorite around here.
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef (could also use veg. meatless ground substitute)
sliced mushrooms (as few or many as you like)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of egg noodles (we use no yolks)
Directions:
In a large pan, cook ground beef and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is browned. Add in 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and stir together. Continue to cook until heated through.
Meanwhile, in a large pot cook egg noodles according to directions. (add to boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes)
Combine the noodles and gravy mixture and voila! Done in about 15 minutes. I usually serve this with a side of steamed veggies.
