We are planning on moving to a bigger house because my daycare has finally grown and we really need more space. The new house will have a dedicated daycare space and bathroom. We'll still use the kitchen for meals and such and the rest of the house for storage and such. Anyway, I'm wondering can I claim the down deposit for the house and moving costs? How about improvements that are needed to make it daycare ready? I know we're going to need new carpeting, some windows, and playground mulch. Thanks in advance
