How do you guys that use MMK handle the money you receive from the state?
I have a parent that receives assistance. My invioce is for 140 and she is responsible for about 20$ of that. I have her being invoice for the full amount each week and recording her payment each week but then she has a running balance due - then when I receive the state money do I just put in that the payment was made by them and the total amount?
Does this work if the parent is paying online?
