    Carpet vs Tile

I'm renting a house and my landlord tiled basically all the floors except for two rooms my own children personally use. I was thinking of using my dining area for a nursery for the infants and the living room for the main daycare for preschoolers and after schoolers.

Should I carpet those areas or have atleast 3 to 4 nice sized rugs???

I would go carpet tiles. Easy to pick up if you have a stain or accident. Also easy to replace. Throw rugs get so grimy sometimes.

I don't know where you live but there is a company that deliver and clean rugs every week called cintas, I'm thinking you have to get a contract with them, but they are great at what they do. Look them up to see if they are in your area.
